guys please can you help

upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2

internal mail is working. all users can email each other and send email to external addresses without any issues.

i do receive external mail from a catchall account however NO email from the external catchall goes to any of the users on the mail server

i have noticed that it seems to download mail from the catchall account but does not empty the catchall account

what to do?

You likely have an old version of smeserver-wbl installed and/or custom templates in /etc/e-smith/templates-custom/var/service/qpsmtpd. You should either remove or upgrade smeserver-wbl. And remove any custom templates for qpsmtpd

- first of all, take a look at your logs.. 99.999% all you need is there
- find the error message
- use it here, as search key

If you read the thread Stefano pointed out to you, you see this is an issue that has already been identified a month ago.
So in all probability Daniels familiarity with sme server & previous problem solving gave him a "heads up" to identify your problem also, call it an "educated guess" or more likely "I am pretty sure I know what the problem is here", I suppose.

i have uninstalled smeserver-wbl, smeserver-mailstats and isoqlog

did a signal-event post-upgrade and signal-event reboot

no email being delivered outside of lan
what to do?

If the emails you send to the outside are not delivered, you need to look at /var/log/qmail/current to understand what's happening
