Why is this happening with a legit domain and user?  This domain is been in the domain section of SME since started with SME 6.0

This server was a fresh install 7.0 upgraded to 7.1 last week.

Error

Thanks for the help.

I assume that you are quoting from a bounce message you have received.

You'd need to ask the admin of "here.org" why their server rejected the mail that you tried to send to them.

I don't think this has anything to do with SME server software. I suspect that your WAN IP address does not have reverse DNS configured. Talk to your ISP.

Had the local ISP check the DNS setup for the local sme with 15 alias domains. everything fine there.

any other ideas?

Thanks

Have you asked the admin of "alias.org"?

Did they (or you) check the reverse DNS?
