Topic: Restrict Access via Proxy Server

I have successfully installed standard e-smith version 4.0.  The Mail and proxy servers are working fine on a dial up to the ISP.

I now need to be able to restrict a Pc workstation (static IP address) from accessing the internet except for a specified list (3) of sites.
