button for windows clients

Hi all
I have 2 different systems running e-smith and they both run well
one site requested wanting enable dial on demand via a button on their desktops and also a hangup button as they keeps odd hours and the normal setups dont seem to fit their needs
the first in in the morning will be connecting and i need to not have it cause a problem if someone else tries to connect via the button as well, and the last to leave will disconnect
the reason they need this arrangement is that they have a time limited dialup account

how do i go about doing this? some sort of batch file or something using telnet?
can anybody shed some light on this?
cya

Scott,
Have a look at masqdialer and its alternatives at http://w3.cpwright.com/mserver.
Haven't tried it with E-Smith yet but it works fine on standard Redhat Linux.
