Geoff,
I dont know of any way to prevent TCP/IP traffic based on net login. That is the nature of TCP/IP.
There are ways of stopping traffic from specific IP addresses. Maybe someone
here knows more than I do. IPMASQ can use ip address to limit (or deny) access to the Linux internet
gateway, but doing it based on login is still beyond me.
We have tried this approach using application software on NT4 - but no luck.
If there is a way to do this I want to know about it.
