1) How to lock identities for all users?
2) How to set the default option NOT to save sent mail for all users?
3) How to set the default option to compose in the SAME window for all users?

In attempting to lock identities via the templates, I have noticed some php variables that could refer to exactly what I need, or is this something completely different?
