A simple question but no simple answer.

It has to be RHEL/CentOS 6 compatible. It needs to be made to work with SME. So, theoretically possible but maybe not easy.

I already told you that the answer is probably yes.

But that is the best answer that I can give for the question you have asked, even if it isn't the answer that you want.

What you actually want me to do is spell it all out for you in words of one syllable so you don't have to do any work yourself because 'I don't have much time to devote to this thing'.

And I pointed out that I don't have time to run around looking for different AV programs that may or may not be compatible and then try and work out how to make them work with SME and do all the rest of the work for you.

This is open source. Please do some homework. Read the wiki, read the forums, read online. Ask a sensible, well researched question.

If you had asked "I have found AntiVirus Program X that runs on CentOS 6  - is it possible to install it on SME" then that would give an different answer.

So, I'll leave you to do the work yourself and I'll go back to all that easy stuff I do like fixing bugs, coding more contribs, and all that stuff that keeps your server running every day, plus looking at SME v10 so you have something to upgrade to when v9 goes EOL. It's all pretty trivial. Anyone could do it really. Surprised it doesn't happen by itself.

Funny thing though. That is so un English. And so very very distinctive.

I have only seen that word used by one person here (and rarely anywhere outside these forums). They used that same word, with 3 different accounts that they ran.

Hmmmmmm...... how interesting. And makes a lot of sense.

Inutile fare polemica.

ok...
@ReetP
point 1.
that this is not the answer i want, you told this, not me.
point 2.
i never asked you to spent your time to do 'homeworks' for me.
point 3.
if you think i'm someone else... is your problem, not mine.
point 4.
as i told before, you are not forced to answer all the posts in here, over all if you are so busy to do all that nice stuff you say.

@Fumetto
