guys please can you help me

i am trying to install a package but get the following error

Pear package : Log : Not found
=> Install Pear package 'Log'

Pear package : HTTP_WebDAV_Server : Not found
=> Install Pear package 'HTTP_WebDAV_Server', if you intend to use the webdav interface

Apache version: Apache
PHP version: 5.6.36

how do i " Install Pear package 'Log' " ?
how do i sort out the " Pear package : HTTP_WebDAV_Server : Not found " ?
how do install the " Zend Framework " ?

any help greatly appreciated

Fortunately you happen to mention you might be on PHP 5.6 in which reading the manual first might be a good idea.

Another guess, you probably want something like:

php56-pear-Log

But it really depends on what your problem is. It could be that is the wrong solution because you asked the wrong question, so please go back to the beginning.
