So I did:
yum update --skip-broken
It installed some updates.
While updating, I did get a message (which unfortunately I did not make a copy of) it said something to the extent of that PHP55 has reached its end of life in 2015.
Is that why they are not updating?
After reconfigure, I still have these updates which will not install:
