Like I said at the start - you have an answer in mind, but don't understand the right questions to ask because you have not read enough about the subject. You sort of understand what you want to do, but don't know enough about it to understand what is achievable, and how to ask the right questions to get the right answers.
Alignak looks like a fork of Nagios. So what you want is an automated setup of any host so you can monitor it. Sorry, but that isn't going to happen.
There is a HUGE amount of information online about setting up Nagios and Nagios clients. You really must go and read more and really understand what you are trying to do.
With Nagios etc you can check hosts and services via SNMP or NRPE etc.
However, you will have to work out your own discovery methods for each host/service and how to obtain data for each one. That all needs doing manually. Yes, you could automate a certain amount if you control new installs (a standard SNMP configuration etc), but for devices just getting attached it will not be so easy. SNMP is also a minefield and you need a good understanding of it to use it properly.
Using something like Zabbix is probably easier as it has an "agent" that will run on a large range of target machines. So, find machine, install agent, connect. As Zabbix knows about agents, it knows how to query them and make sense of the data. For those that can't, say a router or printer, you could use SNMP.
Bearing all this in mind, I once again suggest you go out and read about all of this. There really is a lot on the interwebs. If you have a specific question on say how to configure SNMP or NRPE on SME server (after you have throughly read the wiki) then do please ask.
