Using either php.ini or .htaccess

1. Read here https://secure.php.net/manual/en/mbstring.overload.php
2. Look in the wiki for mbstring and you will find this: https://wiki.contribs.org/Egroupware
3. Look in the wiki for AllowOverride https://wiki.contribs.org/Useful_Commands
4. If you know what you are doing then the templates for php56 are here /etc/e-smith/templates/opt/remi/php56/root/etc/php.ini

Just takes bit of time to do some proper research......
...
1. Read the Manual
2. Read the Wiki
3. Don't ask for support on Unsupported versions of software
4. I have a job, wife, and kids and do this in my spare time. If you want something fixed, please help.
