Publishing Website
« on: March 04, 2017, 03:18:25 AM »
Hello,
I am working with Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017.  Using the build it publishing feature for remote server.  When I publish the website the folder like css which was the file main.css which is a Stylesheet.  The group ownership for the file main.css is admin:admin so the browser can't read the main.css file.  I can go into the file and change the ownership to admin:shared.  I have to do it very time I publish a new copy of it.  Is there a way to make the files to inherit the ownership to the Primary directory instead of me manually have to change it each time.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

are you using ftp, scp, ssh or samba to publish the content ?

what is the configuration of the ibay ? ( group ownership, and read write permission as seen in server-manager)
Is it the Primary ibay ?
