Select server and gateway dedicated
Then enter login details for your ISP account & username etc

In server and gateway mode you need 2 network cards (NICs) in your SME server

Remove Cisco router from switch

Reconfigure Cisco router to bridged (passthrough mode), usually you temporarily connect the Ethernet port directly to a workstation to do this but read the Cisco manual, eg connect it temporarily directly to a workstation Ethernet connection & login to the Cisco admin interface

Then after Cisco set to bridged mode, connect it directly via Ethernet cable to WAN NIC on SME server
Connect line to other telephone line with ADSL service

Connect SME server LAN NIC ethernet port to LAN switch

1) Did you reconfigure your network & router to be a bridged modem  ?

2) You say the mx record is now
0 mserver.altawireadymix.com
Is that really correct ?
I checked just now:

mx:altawi.com.sa
Pref    Hostname       IP Address    TTL
0    mserver.altawi.com.sa    78.93.244.61    4 hrs
1    altawi.com.sa       212.93.222.10    4 hrs
Reported by ns2.awalnet.net.sa on 11/23/2015 at 2:18:28 AM (UTC 0)

An smtp test on the first entry fails:
Connecting to 78.93.244.61
11/22/2015 8:21:53 PM Connection attempt #1 - Unable to connect after 15 seconds. [15.04 sec]
PWS3v2 15035ms

3) What is the outcome of you seeking support from an IT professional ?

4) You need to provide the full error message & pertinent lines of the log (each side of the error).

5) Did you google the error

For mserver.altawi.com.sa
you only have an A record pointing to 78.93.244.61
Also there appear to be no nameservers, so it does not surprise me to find that
in a web browser mserver.altawi.com.sa does not resolve - Connection refused error

Also there is no mx record for altawi.com.sa anymore, it seems it has been changed since yesterday, so incoming mail will not be directed to your mail server ie mserver.altawi.com.sa.

It appears you have setup/changed everything incorrectly (in external DNS & MX records).

The solution proposed to reconfigure the router to be a modem in bridged mode & change server mode to server & gateway, is the answer to a lot of your (internal configfuration) problems (eg open port management).

Someone claims the firewall is configured to allow open ports, well here is the port scan showing open ports & it does not agree with what you claim
Without a lot of other ports being open & forwarded to your "SME server only mode" mail server, then the mail server will not function, so you have firewall problems. Your support people are telling you lies or not doing their job.

nmap -O 78.93.244.61
Starting Nmap 6.25 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2015-11-24 03:26 AEDT
Nmap scan report for mserver.altawi.com.sa (78.93.244.61)
Host is up (0.51s latency).
Not shown: 990 closed ports

113/tcp   filtered ident

I read on his website that Graeme Robinson only provides ad hoc support to clients who have an annual support contract with him, so maybe you should try someone else.

I cannot help you any more, you are wasting peoples time here.

Please engage a tech support person to sort out your problems, as it seems you clearly do not understand what you are doing.
It is waste of our time when you will not follow the advice given.

You have internal configuration problems & you have external DNS & MX record configuration problems, & you seriously lack an understanding & comprehension of these technical matters.
Talk to someone locally who understands all these things & you may get the matter resolved.
I doubt that you wil resolve it yourself.

As requested strongly before, it's time for a complete drawing with all details (e.g. Visio drawing with all components, IP's, services etc). Also, you need to take a fixed point in time to discuss all this and do not change anything anymore. The drawing should have version updates as per change you are making.
