Topic: Backup to FTP

I wondered if there is anyway to change where the backup is stored, preferably to an FTP site I use for other backups?

sorry for the silly question but:

what backup are you referring to?

I'm referring to the SAIL backup that it creates and stores locally automatically.

Hi Richard

There is no in-built mechanism for transfer.   
You could create a cron job to shift it once a night. 
The files are in /opt/sark/bkup

I was more looking to see if there was an option to change the default location to the ftp site rather than it backing up locally at all and having to transfer.

Nope, doesn't exist I'm afraid.
