Topic: GeoIP lookup and qpstmpd plugin not working properly and not working at all

I currently have been using both GeoIP Lookup & the qpstmpd plugin on my Email server since I have been working here 2 years ago.  Only recently did I notice that I see no entires in the qpstmpd logs for its filtering of BadCountries.  Additionally, I then ran checks using the GeoIP Lookup to varify it works properly. 

So I ran the following:

[root@mail GeoIP]# geoiplookup 216.17.211.37
GeoIP Country Edition: US, United States
[root@mail GeoIP]# geoiplookup contribs.org
GeoIP Country Edition: US, United States
[root@mail GeoIP]# geoiplookup gormand.com.au
GeoIP Country Edition: US, United States
[root@mail GeoIP]# geoiplookup swerts-knudsen.dk
GeoIP Country Edition: EU, Europe

As you can see there are differently errors with even the geoip lookup to give 100% correct translation even with the country code???  I would say at this point its completely useless so next option would be to uninstall-reinstall which I did and I still have the same results?

Is this contrib broken?

Nevermind....after a reinstall, reconfigure, and a reboot it is now working properly.
