[SOLVED} Not receiving email,

[SOLVED} Not receiving email,

We are running v8 with the latest updates.  We are unable to receive email for the last week.  We can send, but can't receive.

I've been using SME Server since the e-smith days starting around October 1999.

All help greatly appreciated.

Run a port scan on a workstation that is behind your sme server, to see if mail ports are open.

Your server domain URL concretemart.com.au resolves to a web page, and your IP 203.173.40.114 (from a trace route) resolves to the same page, so it seems general connectivity is there.
Your IP is not listed on spamhaus

You need to tell us more about your configuration (which server mode), your network (any firewall), any changes you made recently (a week ago), & did mail receive OK previously on this same sme 8 server ?

Thanks for the reply.  The issue has been resolved. traced to a misconfigured router.
