add acpi=off switch to your grub line

in any case, google will tell you more

Thanks for your reply, I did a Google search first on ACPI Error (without the during bootup). I have been reading on Google , and I have added the entry  acpi=off as you suggested.

add also "noapic" (no quotes) to your grub line

Found searching for "ACPI Error (tbget-0168): Invalid address flags 8 [20060707]"
