Recently installed a new EV certificate, which historically has always been fun

but now all email and webmail has stopped

I get the above error when trying to login to webmail. It fails. On all accounts i have tested so far. I have reset password etc to no avail.

I have had an updated crt file sent. This has been uploaded and configured

using

config setprop modSSL crt /home/e-smith/ssl.crt/{domain}.crt

and

config setprop modSSL CertificateChainFile /home/e-smith/ssl.crt/{CA}.crt

I have not used a new key file as this is a renewed cert on the same server. I had assumed i wouldnt need to?

Web server is working or appears to be.

As a side note i got sent 3 files

an SSL cert
an extended SSL intermediate cert
and an 'Extended Validation Cross Certificate' which i have no idea what to do with.

ANyway any suggestions please?

I have also noted an additional issue

Chrome and ie seem to work with this cert but firefox is reporting it as an untrusted certificate?
