Recording a new greeting

When I dial *60*XXXX I get asked for a password. I've tried all passwords listed under "TDM/VoIP Softswitch - Globals" and still get denied. Is there some other password that I am missing or have my passwords corrupted?

what SAIL release do you have?

What do you see at the Asterisk CLI when you run *60*nnnn ?

How do I access the Asterisk CLI from the SME interface? Or do I have ssh in and do something from there?

(PS when I try *60*xxxx I get an engaged signal)

2.4.x has been removed from the active list.  Please install either 2.2.4 or 2.6.x for production or 3.1 for testing.
