I have just installed Asterisk and FreePBX

When trying to install an extension via the FreePBX console, I get

FATAL ERROR

SELECT custom_exten, description FROM custom_extensions WHERE custom_exten in ('206') [nativecode=1146 ** Table 'freepbxdb.custom_extensions' doesn't exist]SQL -
SELECT custom_exten, description FROM custom_extensions WHERE custom_exten in ('206')

How do I resolve this?

I found the following on the web but am not sure how to do this

uninstall and then reinstall the customappsreg module solved my problem and created the needed mysql data table.

I installed some of the other modules and it came right
