#31* and *32* (Solved)
« on: October 24, 2009, 02:23:42 AM »
I've been using my open and closed settings for the last year or so, my one line goes to a different IVR in the closed hours between (5.30pm and 8.30am). But the other day I was waiting for a call and used *32* to set it to open and it's been open ever since  and if I use *31* to close it, it stays closed  :???: Can anyone tell me how to get it back to normal? Thanks.
