2 Super Users
« on: August 05, 2009, 02:39:29 PM »
Now i have a scenario where i have two managers that should get all the mails  recieved by his staff. How do i create these users so that all mail in and out of the other user mailboxes are forwarded to the two and the two admins can still see each others mail.
i.e the two admins get all the mail within the organization including of the other (admin can see tthe other admins mail)and all the while avoid a repeat send of the messages that had been forwarded from the other users(staff)??
Please help

hi

I'm not sure, but maybe you could create a group with the two managers and bbc all mails to that group.. it should do the trick

to bcc mails automagically, read here

Just to confirm: I assume the group would have to be called "maillog" for this to work?
