How to call a forward number (ex: 3000) by the ipbx
« on: March 30, 2009, 08:32:00 PM »
Dear Support and Forum members.

I need to call a special number ==> 3000, to forward all call on ipbx after 18h00.
The configuration is a fucking shit analog card with one ligne and if i redirect my call by forward, I can't receive and forward with one analog line.

numeric no problem.

The job is to use one phone that he can call the 3000 et select the number to forward, for exemple a mobile +336xxxxxxx.

Or it is possible to redirect by the ipbx all call to another number, but with one simultaneous ligne ..... difficult.

But i'm using 4 digit internal number and if a tape 3000 on my keybord, call busy or call unreachable.

Did you have an idea.

Thanks

you can call '3000' as an external number in several ways (even though you are using 4-digit extensions).

You can add 3000 to your route dial plan.  This will probabaly work OK

You can line seize using the carrier preselect code (in the trunk) for your line (e.g. 983000 - assuming a carrier preselect of 98)

You can fabricate a new number 93000, create a dial plan for it in your Route (_93XXX) and then remove the 9 before the dial using a transformation mask;-   93000:3000

Kind Regards
