seem to be dropping calls infrequently. not sure where the problem is. right now we have an 8 port grandstream fxo (GWX4108) with 8 inbound lines and all outbound going sip. thought maybe the grandstream was not handling a race condition if two calls arrived at the same time. also thought if we chained ring groups that might fix it (short ring times before it was handed off to the next ring group in the chain) one thing we did find looking in the CDR was calls ringing for up to a minute -- this is highly unlikely everyone at the office jumps to answer the phone so it is more probable that asterisk see's the call but no phones are rung. also we have added several small scripts for paging and intercom that may or may not be some of the problem.
there is no IVR as they made it very clear they did not won't one.
all of the phones are asstra's 1 57i and 16 9133's with 1 pap2 for a cordless
any suggestions would be welcome
