Isn't there still a DAVLockDB issue?
That could be, I have no time to check this, but it might be due to the disabling of the mod_dav module. I would need more information, in a bug report, for that to reproduce.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it. Yeah the DAVLock issue is not there now.
I guess it should not come up again after the server restart.  :-o As after that the httpd.conf file is regenerated. But it will not come as now I enabled the mod_DAV stuff on my subversion page at server-manager as told by you in the earlier post.

Hoping for good,  :-P

Though I am not restarting my server for now ...
