Topic: Process Mail - need mail to go to two recipients

I have installed the process mail contrib etc, and can't sort out how to get a mail to go to two addresses.
I hav etried many cominations of the values below, but it only ever comes to one address.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Match against= subject.
The rule = dar2-backup.
2nd Match = Subject
2nd rule  = dar2-backup
Action = Forward email
Forwarding email address = email address#1 
Existing mail folders =
Copy =  No
2nd Action = Forward email
2nd Forwarding address = email address#2   
Existing mail folders =
