Topic: WebCalendar on SME with ICal import

I am running webcalendar 1.0.5 (http://www.k5n.us/webcalendar.php) on SME 7.3. The problem I am having is there is an import function for ICal files and I can't get it to work. I have the same thing running on a XP Pro Machine running Apache and the feature works fine. The import function uploads a file to import to the calendar and it doesn't look like it is even looking for the file.(Placed it on a USB drive to see if it was accessed). I can find no error files, the process just seems to stop. Any help on this would be very much appreciated. To my way of thinking it seems to be a file access problem or permissions problem, however I may be way off base.
