I was able to get and install torrentflux on my sme server/gateway but it is horribly slow compared to utorrent running on a windows box behind the sme server and across a wireless lan. Typical difference on the same torrent is at least 10:1.
There does not appear to be any help available at torrentflux, I guess they may have shut down or something.
One of the things I was able to do with utorrent is check off a box that "Enables Encryption" if I experience slow speed due to some nefarious efforts by my provider to limit torrent download speeds.
1) does anybody know where documentation for Torrentflux went or is there a known solution to the slow download speed?
2) I could probably set up utorrent in an ibay that was open to the internet but I think that might allow my server to be hijacked for nefarious purposes. Can this be done safely?
