"zeroing out" awstats and adding excludes?

Is there a way to zero out all the current statistics in awstats, and add excludes so that my reports show only web traffic coming from outside my local LAN?

The latter should be possible using the server-manager panel that comes with it, and I believe the first should be possible as well but you will have to make a copy of the configuration templates and make changes there.
