Please can anyone help.
I have recently upgraded to version 7 and had to do a clean install on my server, When I came to restore the back some of the files weren't here.
By the time I realised I have re-installed e-smith. I have tried various bits of free software to try and recover the files. namely R-Linux which seemed to find a huge number of logical drives which was all rather confusing. Anyway i also tried Stellar Phoenix Linux, which recovered most of my directory tree and the ibay I needed was missing completely.
I am quite desperate as I have over two years worth of photos missing, so I would be very grateful of any suggtions or advice and to either where I can take the drive or other software I can use to try and recover the files.
