Topic: internal email unavailable

Hi Guys,
I have 1 user who has no internal email. I have checked and double cheched the setting but still no internal email. External email ok. Other users are ok for internal email. Any ideas?. Sme 5.5 ..I know.... I 'm not quite ready to upgrade.
