Topic: Mail being stopped by AmaVis-ng

SME 6.01-1
am getting this message in SMTPfront-Qmail/current log
and not getting any mail unless i don't scan incoming mail.

I have removed all clamav files and done a reinstall from Jespers site

but no luck could use some direction here as i can't seem to find it on the forums

Check permissions on the amavis-ng folder
cd /var/spool
ls -al
drwxr-x---    4 qmailq   qmail        4096 Aug  1 17:45 amavis-ng

I had a similar issue with email and mine ... Look thru your log files  I dont remember which one but what fixed mine was to create the file then enable the email and then to send an email and it worked I will try to see if I can find it
