dear community,

after using smoothwall for a long time i had to upgrade to sme
reasons:
1. I wanted to have a local shared folder, accessible by webdav.
2. I wanted to host my own site, mainly to host a link for webdav.

now the nooby question:
1. I'm living together with 7 other people. How can i set up a shared folder on sme without having to use usernames and passes? It has got to be accessible locally without a pass and from inet by webdav. Is this possible?
(I allready found the mod_dav contribs)

2. This one allready worked, same for the general installation, which was very user friendly

I don't know. But since that is not a standard feature, then you should be asking in the Contribs forum.
