Upgrade script for MySQL 5.0.22-0 on SME 7

This script will update MySQL-4.1.20-1 to 5.0.22-0 and has been tested on a Production & Test servers. PHP, Webmail & other database apps still function correctly after upgrade.

NOTE: I have found an issue with importing database into MySQL 5

Error

ERROR 1136 (21S01) at line 1: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

will test jan's method to correct the problem

Go in server-manager and
enable Manage individual packages
in Software installer
after that install all packages
reconfigure and reboot and you are back to the old Mysql again

Maybe someone can help modify or contribut to this script to include import database from older versions

Has anyone attempted to upgrade mysql to 5.0.10 or higher & also mod_perl to version 2.0

any info would be great
