Hello,

i installed Mono-Project successfully on a SME 7RC1 and test the standard aspx sites that are provided by mono, just looks good. But at the moment only Framework 1.1 is supported, 2.0 is in processing by mono-project.

If anybody is interested to run aspx sites on SME server just let me know, then I will write a installation script.

I am quite familiar with the mono site & documentation, was more interesetd in how you implemented it...

I'm not in favour of install scripts as they hide/mask what is really happening and are not normally transportable across version upgrades.

I will look at how hard it is to convert your script into a contrib though, so that it can be installed via the yum panel.

Most of them are dependencies... so maybe use yum would fix them.
I'm concerned about to use yum and get more than I really need and broke something.

Hello,

You could only install mono v1.3 which supports apache 1.3. All versions above needed Apache 2. So I do not make a installation script, but you could maybe install an apache 2 on redhat 7.0 (SME6).
