Topic: Mod SME firewall to restricted/fixed set of external IPs?

I'd like to tighten the SMTP and VPN connections to our SME servers to a fixed set of IP addresses. Our email is filtered offsite and legit mail should only ever arrive directly from that single host IP and we'd like to restrict the VPN connections of the 3rd party support reps to their IPs and put an end to the others trolling the server's VPN service.

Has anyone got a 601 relevent HOWTO on tightening up the firewall via changes to the templates or other add-on?
