Topic: “Failure Notice" problem

Hi,
I have a e-mail problem.
I keep getting a “Failure Notice”, where the start says this:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at lokal.yyyy.xx.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
******

I have done some searches in this forum, but haven’t been able to find a solution. The “Failure Notice” comes every 5 minute
I am using “Fetchmail” to get my e-mail from a POP3 account. There are no problems in receiving e-mails or sending e-mails.
Could any one give me a clue on what to do about this?

I am having a tough time dealing with this failure notice problem too.  I am getting over 20,000 emails to my admin account within that last 7 days.  BTW, I am using SME v6.01.
