Topic: "Easy" ability to filter unwanted eMail/SPAM

I know there is a way to filter unwanted eMail/SPAM by editing files and updating tables but it is tedius and cryptic for those of us who aren't proficient with Linux based systems.

     I would like to see a nice Menu based method of filtering and forbidding eMail.
