packets dropped on local network

Hi recently been getting logs like this where 1.1 is the sme internal address and 1.11 is a pc on the same local n/w
Packet log: denylog DENY eth0 PROTO=1 192.168.1.1:5 192.168.1.11:1 L=72 S=0xC0 I=34352 F=0x0000 T=255 (#1)
Can someone explain this please.
