Topic: can't connect to user-manager

hi

i've just installed e-smith-user-manager from dungog.net. I've got no problem at install, but when i try to access to http://my-server/user-manager i've got a forbidden error(error 403) .

I've install:
e-smith-userpanel-1.0-11.noarch.rpm 79.9 05 : 19 May 21st 2003
perl-Unicode-IMAPUtf7-1.02-1.i386.rpm 4.88 11 : 36 Feb 24th 2002
perl-Unicode-String-2.06-1.i386.rpm

I'm using E-smith 5.6U4

does anyone got a solution ??
