Good Afternoon,

I am wondering if the below clip of my log file would shed any light on my IPSEC tunnel problem.

May 29 15:11:30 mail ipsec_setup: WARNING: eth1 has route filtering turned on, KLIPS may not work
May 29 15:11:30 mail ipsec: ipsec_setup: WARNING: eth1 has route filtering turned on, KLIPS may not work
May 29 15:11:30 mail ipsec_setup:  (/proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth1/rp_filter = 1', should be 0)
May 29 15:11:30 mail ipsec: ipsec_setup:  (/proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth1/rp_filter = 1', should be 0)
May 29 15:11:30 mail ipsec_setup: ...FreeS/WAN IPsec started

Any ideas? Can't quite read this lingo and understand it.

Thanks

Wally

For now type the follwing to get the tunnels up:

echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth1/rp_filter
