I have a script called /var/usr/local/email2sms that sends an sms whenever an e-mail is sent to the user sms@domain.com.
There is no user called 'sms' on the server, so I created a file called: /var/qmail/alias/.qmail-sms with the line: | /usr/local/bin/email2sms
I started qmail with the killall -HUP qmail command.
When I logon to IMP (domain.com/webmail) and try to send a mail to the user sms, I get the following error: There was an error sending your message
Can anyone help me? Offtopic: Is this the same as piping an email to a script?
