Topic: How will upgrades work?

How is an upgrade from 2.03 to 3.0 going to work?  Since 2.03 wipes out the hard drive and all the data is it going to work the same with 3.0 or will you have some form of an upgrade install?

UPGRADING:  Steve, thanks for the post.  Sorry to say there is no shortcut to upgrading to v3.0.  To upgrade from v2.0.3 to v3.0, you will have to back up the shared directories on the e-smith server and gateway, reinstall the new version and then restore the directories.  We're looking at including a feature that saves and restores the state of the system in this upcoming version that will make *future* upgrades easier.
