Soyo SY-K7ADA V1.0 MB

Hi out there,
Anyone had any experience with Soyo SY-K7ADA V1.0 Motherboard with SME 5.1.2 or 5.5? Everything loads ok, seems to run ok [just been up a couple of days], but on shutdown I get a last page with a lot of errors:
1st line reads:
Code: <1>Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address 00008877

And lots of other stuff! Followed by the last two lines on the screen below.

Code 8a 04 0b 89 44 24 38 50 68 ee ce 1d c0 e8 75 af 00 00 83 c4

/etc/rc0.d/S01halt: line 1: 2081 Segmentation fault      halt –i –d -p
I took a look at the SO1halt file, but did'nt want to edit anything without guidance - know a little SME/Redhat, but I've skipped a few classes. Do I need to be concerned about this? It only happens on shutdown - not a reboot.

My path [1st line in S01halt] statement reads:
PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin:usr/sbin

That's usually due to a hardware problem - RAM or motherboard.
