Topic: e-smith trough proxy server !?

Hey !

my problem is ... i need to run my server behind a proxy server ! ... on the proxy server I got an adsl mxstream USB modem .. and I have got a program that should make my adsl usb modem work ! but the MAKE command doesn't work !?
i've installed hotplug ! but it just doesn't work ! but ok .. my first question was how can i make the MAKE (install) command work ! ... tried ./ and build !? doesn't work ! but ok !... and if it will work ! can i make my e-smith compu an proxy !?

maybe if all this doesn't work .. then is it possable to make it www-accessable trough a proxy or .. uhmz something else ? i'm open for idea's ! tnx 4 the help !

Not sure what to tell you about your proxy server but you can download the make rpm at ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.0/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/make-3.79.1-5.i386.rpm

BTW, you may want to read the FAQ for details on other things intentionally left out of the Mitel distro.  You can find those specific details at http://e-smith.org/faq.php3#8q7.

I notice the FAQ also has some details on ISDN, ASDL & USB modems.
