System Monitor

I installed the System Monitor package quite a few months ago and all had been fine until about min Feb when I get no data reported at all!

I sis the services sysmonitor status and restart with no effect.  As is reported as functionning properly.

Is there any way of checking what may be wrong?

I am running SME 5 U3 with no modifications I can remember since Feb.

Thanks for any help.

Serge.

Correction.

It seems that I now have results showing after the two commands.

Any ideas why this stopped or why a restart would be necessary?

Thanks for any reply.

OK.

Not quite perfect yet.

The normal refresh now shows a "page not found" error.

Clicking again on the System Monitor link returns me to visible data.

Strange!

There is a bit of a glitch in the system monitor because of some changes made from v4.x to v 5.x.  The workaround is to access your e-smith-manager using the port number in the URL, like so:  http://yourServerIP:980/e-smith-manager.

Then the refreshes will work fine.

You are right, it works using the IP and port.

It was all working before with the DNS so I am not sure what changed.

Thanks for your help.
