I'm trying to make my ICQ transfer work. so people can send me files.
I saw a post here, That one:
>install any socks5 proxy server that will install on your system....newer is better
>make a socks5.conf file in /etc/
>put the following in the file......

I tried but It didnt work. I didnt try restarting my server because I dont really want it for the moment.
Can someone help me about that point ?
Have you heard the same thing and it worked for you... ?
