Hi all,

Ruffdogs was officially acquired by Holonyx, Inc on March 1, 2007. All developers made it through to the new company, and I was brought on as Company CTO. On June 14th 2007, I was appointed the position of President of Holonyx, Inc.

Holonyx, is getting ready to release a number of Ruffdogs developed products under the GPL, including our full line of Restore products.

Holonyx, Inc will carry on with the Ruffdogs brand as our technology division and will continue to support free and open source software in combination with our closed source products. This includes continued support of SME Server and it's community.

Holonyx, Inc has three divisions, Marketing, Operations and Technology.
