Hi, I am trying to update a 7.0 server to the latest update. I tried finding solutions by performing a search, but still not able to find one solution that solves my issue. I am not able to do a software update via server-manager and also not to perform a "yum update" via shell.
Whenever I perform a "yum update" via shell. I get this error which I don't know where to start to get rid of the error. I am not very well verse in SME. If someone can help, please elighten me. Greatly appreciated.
The yum packages I have installed on my server are the following:
yum-2.4.3-4.el4.centos
yum-metadata-parser-1.1.0-2.el4.centos
yum-plugin-fastestmirror-0.2.4-3.c4
smeserver-yum-1.2.0-27.el4.sme
Just to further illustrate what I have done. I have tried to:
rm /home/e-smith/db/yum_repositories
restart
yum clean all
restart
update yum manually via the "download" section in sme server homepage
