Fixed slow email access

I just noticed that Tiny Personal Firewall 2 (one of the best, and free) has become Kerio Personal Firewall (http://www.kerio.com). TPF3 is basically a new, untested product, while KPF is the new version of TPF2... Anyway, I was looking at the FAQ for some other things, and found a section on slow SMTP access.

http://www.tpffaq.com/cgi-bin/faqmanager.cgi?file=other&toc=faq#q2
"Whereas without a firewall the servers immediately got back a "closed port" reply and happily continued, with TPF they retry again and again before finally timing out and giving up."

That reminded me of an old thread where myself and someone else were having really slow access times for some clients, but not others (http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=4131.msg14289#msg14289). Sure enough, opening port 113 in KPF allowed the mail server to "find" my non-existant Ident server and carry on. Disabling the rule (returning 113 to stealth mode) immediately caused Outlook Express to revert to the 30-second delay for checking mail.

Just thought this might help someone...
